PlanitService (https://planitservice.com) is hosted SaaS for a Property Record that hangs on a house address. The public homepage presents three choices: Homeowner, Contractor, and Property Manager. Each path has its own start URL below.

We host the software. We are not a general contractor, broker, or escrow. Quotes and work stay between the shop and the homeowner.

## What each path includes

Homeowner — house file at the address (photos, jobs, products, warranties); Maintenance Schedule (notes, day/week/month or once a year, alerts, a service-record folder for every client month); the same shop stays named on the file; records of completed work; Request Estimates on Pro.

Contractor — look up the house; quote onto the Property Record; stay the known shop for the next visit; materials book; catch Request Estimates that match offered categories; jobs file into month folders. Extra seats $5/month.

Property manager — portfolio of Property Records (10 houses on the base plan); Maintenance Schedule for the office with the same month service-record folders; known shops first; Request Estimates when a house needs bids; extra houses $3.99/month; extra office seats $5/month. No catalog and no quoting.
